With warmth, discretion, and attention to detail, your Concierge takes time to understand what brings you here — not just symptoms, but goals. We thoughtfully match you with the right provider based on relational fit and the type of growth you are seeking.
You are guided through the process with clarity and ease. Scheduling is seamless. Questions are answered. Expectations are set. You feel seen before you ever walk through the door.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a thoughtfully curated space and invited to enjoy selections from our beverage menu — including artisanal teas, specialty coffees, and refreshing beverages — along with a curated selection of light fare as you settle in before your session.
The MindSpa
Integrated into The Elevate Experience is access to The MindSpa, a restorative environment designed to help you transition before or after your session. Whether you use it to settle in beforehand or to reset afterward, The MindSpa supports your nervous system in doing what it was designed to do: recalibrate.
Complimentary Claims Submission
The Elevate Experience continues even after you leave your session. While we are an out-of-network practice, we handle the administrative burden for you by submitting insurance claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf, complimentary.
