EYM Wellness, LLC, doing business as Elevate Your Mind: A Wellness Collective ("Elevate Your Mind"), sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts.

What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling options and booking links from our Client Concierge, reminders to complete intake paperwork, replies to your questions, and occasional practice updates. Our texts never include diagnoses or treatment details.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or call the Client Concierge at (301) 244-0665 or email info@elevateyourmind.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
