Elizabeth Blumenfeld is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and serves as the Clinical Director at Elevate Your Mind. She brings advanced clinical training, strategic leadership, and a grounded, relational presence to both her client work and her oversight of the Collective.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master’s of Social Work from the  University of Maryland School of Social Work. She completed advanced post-graduate supervision to obtain her LCSW-C licensure — the highest level of independent clinical social work licensure in Maryland — and has pursued continued training in trauma-informed care, cognitive and behavioral therapies, attachment-based approaches, EMDR, and systems-oriented treatment models.

As Clinical Director at Elevate Your Mind, Elizabeth ensures that the Collective operates within a unified standard of excellence. She provides clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to providers, maintaining alignment, ethical integrity, and depth across disciplines. Her leadership supports a cohesive care model where precision, collaboration, and intentional design are central.

In addition to her work at Elevate Your Mind, Elizabeth also serves as the Executive Director of Mindful Healing Works, where she oversees large-scale clinical operations and organizational development. Her experience leading complex systems of care strengthens her ability to maintain both high-level vision and detailed clinical oversight.
